Gall Pakki Matrimonial will NEVER refund any money to any member under ANY circumstances whatsoever, EXCEPT in the case of a technical fault or error on the part of Gall Pakki Matrimonial.

Gall Pakki Matrimonial will not refund any member who decides that they no longer wish to use Gall Pakki Matrimonial.
Users who wish to cancel their subscription are not entitled to a partial or full refund for any reason. If you do not wish to be charged again after your first purchase, please pay attention to your next billing or renewal date.
You will not post any vulgar material, images, or content on your profile or through any discussions.
You will not post or share any material through your profile or conversations that promotes harmful or criminal ideas, intentions, or activities. Such actions may be investigated and prosecuted where applicable.
You will not send unsolicited mass mailings, spam emails, or chain letters to any member. You may not send business-related information with the intention of promoting or marketing other websites, products, or services to our members.
You will not collect or attempt to collect personal information from our members, including email addresses, phone numbers, residential addresses, financial information, or any other private details.
Profiles are generally approved within one day. Any profile found to be suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of our policies will be rejected immediately, permanently banned, and NO refund will be provided.
Abuse or misconduct towards our staff in any manner, shape, or form will not be tolerated and will result in a permanent ban without any refund.
